For the evenings meals , after an aperif called Sambuc which is made made in Ariege, you will try and enjoy regional dishes all of them home made you'll drink red wine AUBE des TEMPS, after that some mountain cheese desserts and a cup of coffee or infusion with fresh or dry plants
